Requirements

Creative Popup is designed to run smoothly on any server that meets the standard system requirements of PrestaShop. It does not require any special configuration and works immediately after installation.

PHP and Extensions

  • PHP version: 5.4 or higher (fully compatible with PHP 7 and PHP 8)
  • Required extension: ZipArchive — needed for importing and exporting .zip files

Make sure your hosting environment supports these requirements for the proper operation and stability of the module.

Database

  • MySQL: version 5.0 or higher
  • MariaDB: version 10.0 or higher

Any modern database version supported by PrestaShop is suitable for running Creative Popup.
