The Creative Popup dashboard is the central hub for creating, managing, and configuring all your popups. From here, you can add new popups, import templates, manage your existing projects, and configure global settings like Google Fonts and performance tweaks.

Creating & Importing Popups

The toolbar at the top allows you to quickly manage your collection:

Filter by name
Quickly find a specific popup in your list by typing its name into the search field. This is essential as your collection of projects grows.
Import Popups
Upload a popup export file (.zip) to restore backups or add projects exported from another site.
Add New Popup
Create a new project from scratch or browse the Template Store to import a professionally designed, ready-to-use popup template.

Your Popups List

This area displays all the popups you have created or imported. You can see important statuses at a glance, such as whether a popup is currently published or if it has an active Start/Stop schedule.

Popup Actions

You can perform actions on individual popups via the dropdown menu on the right, or manage multiple projects simultaneously using the Bulk Actions menu.

Individual Actions
Click the arrow on the right side of any popup row to access these options:
  • Export: Downloads a .zip file of the single popup for backup or migration.
  • Duplicate: Creates an exact copy of the popup.
  • Revisions: Opens a timeline of previously saved versions, allowing you to preview or restore an older state.
  • Remove: Moves the popup to the trash/unpublished state.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple popups by checking the boxes on the left side of the list, then choose an action from the dropdown and click Apply:
  • Publish selected: Instantly activates all selected popups on your storefront.
  • Unpublish selected: Deactivates the selected popups so they are no longer visible.
  • Export selected: Downloads a single .zip file containing all selected popup data.
  • Remove selected: Moves the selected projects to the trash.
  • Delete permanently: Irreversibly erases the selected popups. This action cannot be undone.
  • Merge selected as new: Combines all pages and steps from the selected popups into a single, brand-new project.

Google Fonts Tab

This panel allows you to load specific Google Fonts for use in your popups. Loading fonts from this central location is a best practice for performance, as it ensures you only load the fonts and character sets that you actually need.

How to Add a Font

  1. Enter the name of the font you want to add (e.g., "Montserrat") into the search field and click "Search".
  2. Select the desired font from the results to see its available weights and styles.
  3. Check the boxes next to the variants you need (e.g., Regular 400, Bold 700).
  4. Click "Add font" to include it in your collection.

Available Options

Loaded Fonts List
Shows all fonts you have added. You can remove any font by clicking the red 'x' icon next to it.
Load only on admin interface
Enable this if you only need the font for the editor preview. This prevents the font from loading on your live website if it's not used in any published popups.
Use character sets
Select the character subsets you need to support different languages (e.g., Latin, Latin-Extended). Only load the sets you require to keep page load times fast.

Use popup markup caching
Increases performance by storing the final HTML of popups. Click "Empty caches" to clear the stored data if you are not seeing recent changes on your site.
Save popup-page histories
Saves undo/redo history with the popup data. This is not recommended if your server has a low post_max_size limit.
Load uncompressed JS files
Enable this only for debugging purposes. It loads non-minified JavaScript files.
Load FontAwesome library
Disable this if your theme already loads FontAwesome to prevent conflicts and duplicate loading.
Use GreenSock (GSAP) sandboxing
Enable this to resolve animation issues if other modules are using conflicting versions of the GSAP library.
Force load Origami plugin
Enable this if your theme does not load the required library for 3D Origami effects.
Scripts priority
Specify the loading order for scripts. A lower number corresponds with earlier execution.
Popup init type
Allows you to choose the initialization method (Script or Link) to best fit your site's technical environment.

License Tab

This is where you can activate your license to unlock the full template library, receive automatic updates, and access premium support.
