The Creative Slider dashboard is the central hub for creating, managing, and configuring all your sliders. From here, you can add new sliders, import templates, manage your existing projects, and configure global settings like Google Fonts.

The Creative Slider Dashboard
Slider Management
The top half of the dashboard is dedicated to creating, importing, and organizing your sliders.

Slider Management
Creating & Importing Sliders
Three primary action buttons allow you to get started quickly:
- Template Store
- Browse a library of professionally designed, ready-to-use slider templates that you can import directly into your projects.
- Import Sliders
- Upload a slider export file (
.zip
) to add sliders that you have previously exported from another site or received from support. - Add New Slider
- Create a new, blank slider from scratch to begin building your own custom design.
Your Sliders List
This area displays all the sliders you have created or imported. You can use the toolbar at the top to organize and find specific sliders:
- View Toggles: Switch between a compact Grid View (default) or a more detailed List View.
- Filtering & Sorting: Filter the list to show only "published" or "draft" sliders, and sort them by date, name, or other criteria.
- Search: Use the "Filter by name" field to quickly find a specific slider in your collection.
Slider Actions
You can perform actions on individual sliders by hovering over them, or on multiple sliders using the Bulk Actions menu.
- Hover Actions
-
When you hover over a slider, the following options appear:
- Embed Slider: Opens a popup showing the shortcode and hook information for placing the slider on your site.
- Export: Downloads a
.zip
file of the single slider for backup or migration. - Duplicate: Creates an exact copy of the slider.
- Revisions: Opens a timeline of previously saved versions of the slider, allowing you to preview or restore an older state.
- Remove: Moves the slider to a "trash" or unpublished state.
- Bulk Actions
-
Select multiple sliders by checking the box on their thumbnails, then choose an action from the dropdown:
- Export selected: Downloads a single
.zip
file containing all selected sliders. - Remove selected: Moves all selected sliders to the trash.
- Delete permanently: Irreversibly deletes the selected sliders. This action cannot be undone.
- Merge selected as new: Combines all slides from the selected sliders into a single, brand new slider.
- Export selected: Downloads a single
Global Settings
The tabbed section at the bottom of the dashboard contains global settings that affect the entire Creative Slider module.

Global Settings in Creative Slider
Google Fonts Tab
This panel allows you to load specific Google Fonts for use in your sliders. Loading fonts from this central location is a best practice for performance, as it ensures you only load the fonts and character sets that you actually need.
How to Add a Font
- Enter the name of the font you want to add (e.g., "Roboto") into the search field and click "Search".
- Select the desired font from the results to see its available weights and styles.
- Check the boxes next to the variants you need for your designs (e.g., Regular 400, Bold 700).
- Click "Add font" to include it in your collection.
Available Options
- Loaded Fonts List
- This shows all fonts you have added to your collection. You can remove any font at any time by clicking the red 'x' icon next to it.
- Load only on admin interface
- Enable this toggle for a specific font if you only need it for the backend editor preview. This is a useful performance feature that prevents the font from loading on your live website if it's not used in any published sliders.
- Use character sets
- Select the character subsets you need to support different languages (e.g., Latin, Latin-Extended, Cyrillic). Only load the sets you require to keep page load times fast.
Advanced Tab

Global Settings (Advanced) in Creative Slider
This tab contains troubleshooting and performance settings for advanced users.
- Use slider markup caching
- Increases performance by storing the final HTML of sliders, reducing server load. Click "Empty caches" to clear the stored data if you are not seeing recent changes on your site.
- Save slide histories
- Saves the undo/redo history with the slider data. This is not recommended if your server has a small
post_max_size
limit, as it increases the amount of data being saved. - Load uncompressed JS files
- Enable this option to load the non-minified JavaScript files. This is useful only for developers who need to debug the code.
- Load FontAwesome library
- Disable this if your theme or another module already loads the Font Awesome library, to prevent conflicts and duplicate loading.
- Use multiple GreenSock (GSAP) compatibility mode
- Enable this to resolve animation issues that can occur if your theme or another module is using a different or outdated version of the GSAP animation library.
- RocketScript compatibility
- Enable this option to prevent conflicts with Cloudflare's Rocket Loader service, which can sometimes interfere with the slider's JavaScript files.
- Force load Origami plugin
- Enable this if you are using the Origami 3D transition effect and it is not working because your theme does not load the required library.
- Scripts priority
- Specify the loading order for the slider's scripts. A lower number corresponds with earlier execution, which can help resolve script dependency issues.
License Tab
This is where you can enter and manage your license key for module activation and access to automatic updates and premium support.
