Editing supplier description with Creative Elements

Steps:

  1. If you have not already done so, please ensure that you enable the display of suppliers on your store by accessing the settings in Shop Parameters > General. 
  2. From your PrestaShop admin, go to Catalog > Brands & Suppliers and click on the Suppliers tab.
  3. You have two options for accessing the editing feature. You can either click on the Creative Elements icon, which will directly open the Live Editor, or you can open the supplier for editing the description by clicking on the title or the pen icon. After that, you'll find the Edit with Creative Elements button in the Description field.

  1. Once you're in the Live Editor, you can make edits to your supplier description.
Note: If you encounter an error while attempting to open the Live Editor, please ensure that the supplier description section is both present and enabled in your theme. If you are uncertain about this, we recommend reaching out to your theme provider for assistance. They will be able to provide you with the necessary guidance to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
